As we all know, water is an essential part of our life, so we recommend you to drink plenty of water in order to prevent dehydration which will result in obesity and different diseases.

Obese people always have many qustions related to water, they are always wondering how much water they need, why do they need it, how much they need to drink in order to lose weight, etc.

Sometimes, my clients bombard me with these questions and I suggest them to calm down.

Water is water and if I tell you how much you need in a day, you won’t hold it down to that amount.

At the begining, I was always telling my clients to drink at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water on a daily basis.

I realised this was not working because only small percentage held to that amount. In my opinion, people should make water their habit, not a necessity. Drinking water should be a daily routine.

You may wonder how, but I had a client who was drinking 3 liters of water in 2 hours just because she didn’t want to spend the day drinking water.

The worst part is that drinking that amount of water in just two hours make her bloated, which is normal.

I know, I know, you drink water only when you are thirsty. Let me share a few thoughts about that.

A little know fact is that dehydration comes in even before your body tells you that you are thirsty.

Let’s look at the symptoms:

Dr. Mercola states that normal and healthy person urinates 7-8 times a day. This is extremely important for knowing how to proceed with your water intake.

It is a fact that you need to stay hydrated, so i have found an infographic that clearly shows all the reasons why you need to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Stay hydrated, stay foolish!
