Eating fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, seems like a healthy habit. However, mixing two fruits or eating them at the same time might not seem like a good idea. This can sometimes prove to be fatal. The following is a list of fruits and vegetables you should never mix:

Banana And Pudding

This combination is fatal for infants. It stimulates toxin production and it is hard to digest-slowing your mind at that.

Carrots And Oranges

The combination of the two can cause heartburn and excess bile reflux. Carrot and orange juice is consumed on daily basis but it should be noted that it can cause kidney damage. It can sometimes prove to be fatal.

Milk And Pineapple

This combination can cause headaches, stomachaches, infection, diarrhea and  nausea. This is due to pineapples containing bromelain and it should never be mixed with milk.The combination is very dangerous for babies.

Lemon And Papaya

Avoid consuming this mixture and don’t give it to children as well. It can cause anemia and problems with your haemoglobin levels.

Banana And Guava

This mixture can result in nausea and headaches because it causes gas and acidosis.

Milk And Orange

When you add orange juice to your cereal it makes it difficult for your stomach to digest it. Your stomach can not process the starch from the cereal and this can cause health issues.

Fruits And Vegetables

Fruits contain sugars and it takes a long time to digest them. Therefore they stay in your stomach for a longer period of time and release toxins and cause headaches, diarrhea, infections and stomach aches.

Try to mix fruits with other fruits following the list below:

Sweet: banana, apple, plum, cantaloupe and watermelon. You can combine these because they don’t contain acids.

Acidic: lemon, orange, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, and grapefruit. These are packed with citric acid and can be mixed with each other.

Semi-acidic: raspberry, mango, apples and strawberry. These fruits are low in acid.

Neutral: avocado, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and coconut. These contain more vitamins, oils, salt and protein.
