Sweet Potato Fries With Coconut & Cinnamon – Recipe
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
You will need:
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
First of all, preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit. (200° Celcius). After that, cut the ends of the potatoes and peel them if they are not organic. Next, slice them lengthwise, into strips about ¼ thick. Take a large bowl, put the sweet potatoe slices and toss them with coconut oil, cinnamon and salt. Make sure to coat all the slices.
Spread out over baking sheet. In the end, bake them for 40-50 minutes or until you notice the edges are lightly browned, but make sure to flip them halfway.
