Boils: Facts About Treatments, Home Remedies, And Causes
Sometimes people have to deal with Boils or also known as abscess which is a painful lump filled with pus, bacteria and white blood cells. They usually form due to the fact that one or more hair follicles become infected or inflamed by bacteria.
Boils develop on any part of the body and they start as red lumps which then grow larger and become more and more painful. Tea tree oil
The use of this oil will speed up the heeling due to its antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial properties. All you have to do is to dip a clean piece of cloth or cotton in the oil and then gently massage the area. Repeat this method 5-6 times per day until the boil disappears.
Garlic is also a rich source of antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties so it will help you get rid of boil in no time. All you have to do is to prepare a paste with 2-3 fresh garlic cloves and then apply it onto the affected areas for ten minutes, several times per day.
Honey has antibacterial and healing properties which will help you treat boils in no time. Honey actually pulls the infection out of the body but it can also sterilize the wound thus speeding the healing process.
All you have to do is to apply some manuka honey on the boil, let it act for several hours and then rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this method several times per day until the infection disappears.
The best solution for boils is turmeric because it has anti-inflammatory properties but also because it is considered as natural blood purifier.
In order to prepare it, just boil one tsp of turmeric powder in a glass of milk or water and drink this solution 3 times per day for 5 days. Another solution is to make a paste of equal amounts of fresh ginger and turmeric and then apply it on the affected area. In the end cover it with a clean cloth.
Onion is another great solution due to its antiseptic chemicals that act as an antimicrobial, so you just need to slice a piece of onion and apply it onto the affected area. After that, wrap it with clean cloth and heat to the boil. Allow it to act a few hours. Repeat this 3-4 times per day.
