Yogurt

In order to use this treatment, all you have to do is to pour some yogurt in a large container and soak your feet in it. You can also rub it all over your feet and led it dry. After a while, when your feet are dry, wash the yogurt with lukewarm water.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is extremely powerful liquid which kills all kinds of bacteria and fungi. To prepare the treatment, you need to pour cold water in a container and then add hydrogen peroxide. After that, soak your feet in the solution. this mixture will not only kill fungi and bacteria, but it will also prevent their spread.

In order to properly prepare the treatment, you need to add 100ml of 3% pharmaceutical grade hydrogen peroxide in 1 liter of distilled water. Once prepared, just soak your feet and leave them for 20 minutes. Make sure to repeat this treatment in the morning, on a daily basis, until the fungal infections disappears.

Corn Starch

When it comes to corn starch, it is considered as the best absorbent which has the ability to absorb the moisture as well as to kill both bacterial and fungal infections.

To prepare the solution, you need to add half a teaspoon of corn starch in some water. After that, put the mixture in the oven and take it out when it gets dark. Before applying the mixture, make sure to wash and dry your feet. After that, rub this mixture very gently and allow it to act for one minute. In the end, rinse it off with warm water.

Sodium Bicarbonate

In order to destroy bacteria present in your shoes, just prepare a mixture with cold water and sodium bicarbonate in ratio 1:3.
