You should have basil as a regular component of your daily meals.

Use Basil In Your Meals

You can also make an ice dessert using basil, just mix sugar cane juice, lemon juice, water and chopped basil. Afterwards refrigerate until frozen, then use a blender to chop it up and serve this Mediterranean ice dessert.

If you love Italian food then you can also make an Italian salad from fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella.

Basil tea is an excellent diuretic to make it just boil some water and pour this hot water in a mug of chopped basil leaves. Let it sit at room temperature for about 8 minutes, strain afterwards and the tea is ready to drink.
