Back fat and underarm flab are horrible and they are difficult to remove. According to Brian Shiers, a personal trainer, from Los Angeles these problems are genetically invoked.
You can use cardio exercises and strength movements to get rid of back fat and underarm flab. They can be for the chest or the front part of the body and some of them are for the back, just make sure they’re intense. Exercise a few times a week and limit your diet to 500cal per day.
- Push and touch
Take weights or a hoop and stretch your arms in front of you. Take your hands in the position of your shoulders and at the back of your arms. Repeat this at least 18times.
- Bend-over a circular row
Spread your legs proportionate to your shoulders bend in a 90 degrees angle and turn to your arms interchangeably. Repeat at least 30 times.
- Elbow kiss
Spread your arms alongside your shoulders and turn your palms upward in a 90 degree angle. Flip your arm behind your head and then touch the sides of your forehead. Repeat this at least 30times.
- Intersect reverse fly
Tie your knees together and place your legs along your shoulders at a 90degree angle. Hold weights together and them place your hands up along your shoulders. Repeat at least 30 times.
Practice these exercises with consistency and discipline to get rid of back fat and underarm flab.
