Ladies, Never Do These Things To your Breasts!
Women’s breasts are actually the tissue overlying the chest (pestoral) muscles. They are made of specialized tissue that produces milk (glandular tissue) as well as fatty tissue. The size of the breast is determined by the amount of the fat.
The milk-producing part of the breast is organized into 15 to 20 sections, called lobes. Lobules are smaller structures found in each lobe, where the milk is actually produced. The milk travels through ducts, a network of tiny tubes.
They connect and come together into larger ducts, which exit the skin in the nipple. Areola is the dark skin surrounging the nipple.
Every woman has her own shape of breast due to the connective tissue and ligaments in the breast that provide their support. Nerves provide sensation to the breast. The breast also contains blood vessels, lymph vessels, and lymph nodes.
A small bra
Sometimes, women wear smaller bra in order to look sexier, but this is not recommendable at all since you are actually causing serious discomfort and possible damage of the breasts.
Not wearing a bra while running
Another way to cause serious problems for the connective tissue in the breast is by running without wearing a bra.
The breasts can get damaged easily, which is why they shouldn’t be punched roughly or harshly treated in any other way.
It is very common for a woman to have hairs around the nipple area, and most of the women tend to remove them on a regular basis. However, if you remove them very often, there is a risk of the hair becoming thicker and more visible in the future, but there is also a risk of serious inflammations.
Sometimes when people are intimate, they practice nipple pinching, but this could have serious consequences.
Sometimes people break their nipples in order to put a piercing which not only looks dangerous, but it actually is because it can cause severe pneumonia.
