Ph level of your body is probably the most important determinant of your health which is why it needs to be maintained on its proper levels. The perfect state of pH levels in your blood is at 7.35 to 7.45, where 7 is neutral on the pH scale. However, durig the day, this number will fluctate, but for the most part a normal pH can vary a little.

WHAT CAUSES ACIDOSIS?
