Benefits of this Shampoo

It wouldn’t be wrong to call this shampoo a “vitamin bomb” for both the hair and head skin.

The benefits of its ingredients are as following:

Nettle

Nettle will help in accelerating blood circulation in your head skin. Another thing it does is to speed-up metabolism procures within the internal epidermis. When the other ingredients are mixed with nettle, it will help in speeding up their absorption.

Panthenol

It will help maintain the proper functioning of your head skiing. It will also help in stimulating regenerative process. All this takes place because of the pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) found in it.

Castor Oil

Castor Oil helps in preventing the damaging effects of free radicals on both the head root and skin. This is because of the presence of vitamin E and ricinoleic acid. The important antioxidant, vitamin E, works against free radicals.

Castor oil also has antifungal and antibacterial benefits due to its regenerative properties. This helps in fighting dandruff. The oil also fights any inflammation in your head skin. It will also eliminate dead cells on the head.

Vitamin B Complex

This vitamin is beneficial for feeding your hair and helping return their firmness.

My experience with this homemade shampoo:

I prepared this homemade shampoo around 3 months ago and have been using it since.

I have found it to be greatly beneficial. I am no longer suffering from hair fall. My hairs have regained their life and they have become shiny and soft.

My hairs are also growing now better than before.

Make sure that you shake this shampoo well before using. Put some on the palm before putting into your hair. Then massage the scalp a few minutes and then leave it so. When left for a few minutes, it will act. Then wash it off.

If you have dry hair, it is recommended to apply regenerator or mask. But I didn’t need it. So it’s up to you to decide.

If your hair is too dry, you should add 1/2 bottle of nettle drops into this shampoo. This is because nettle has the power to further dry the hair.

Do you suffer from hair fall? Take my suggestion and start taking nettle tea. It will help in controlling your hormonal status. Remember if there is reduction in iron in your body, it can cause hair fall.

You can buy this shampoo from a convenient market near you. All the other ingredients are available from a pharmacy.
