- 2 cups of sliced pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of fresh natural orange juice
- 1 cup instant oatmeal
- 250 ml water
- 40 g honey
- 7 g cinnamon
- 40 g crushed almonds
First of all, cook the oatmeal and then squeeze the juice from the pineapple. Take a blender and put orange, honey, almond and cinnamon and blend all the ingredients well.
