Recipe 1

Ingredients: 2 cups of water, half cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of natural honey, 1 tablespoon grated ginger or you can use powder of it instead, 1 tablespoon of curry and 3 bags of black tea.

Preparation: First overheat th water, and then add all of the ingredients inside it except the yogurt. Add the yogurt after the liquid cools.

Use: This drink is used as substitute for dinner. You should not not eat after consuming it, you can drink only water.

Recipe 2

Ingredients: 1 cup of milk, 1/2 glass of water, 1 tablespoon of ginger root or powder, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of curry.

Preparation: Overheat the water and add the spices inside it first, then, add the milk. Mix it until you get clear liquid.

Use: Drink it at night before going to bed.
