1 l. of filtered water
Orange and lemon juice
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Organic honey to taste
Bring the water to a boil first, then add the mint leaves and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes. Next, remove the pot from the heat and leave the mixture to cool down, then add a bit of lemon and orange juice and grate some lemon rind in. Finally, add honey to taste and drink the mixture fresh.
