Headaches, congestion, cough, plugged nose, facial pain, fatigue and nasal mucus are one of the main symptoms of sinusitis. People always reach for prescription drugs in order to treat this problem, but unfortunately they all cause side-effects. Luckily, there are some natural remedies as well which are extremely effective and it can treat sinusitis in no time.

- Apple cider vinegar
It is very simple to prepare, all you have to do is to grate the ginger first and then mix it with ACV in a glass bowl. Once mixed, close it with a lid and allow the mixture to stand for ten days at a room temperature. Make sure to shake it occasionally.
Start the treatment by inhaling the mixture by lowering your head with a towel over the bowl. After that, take a handkerchief, soak it in the mixture and apply in on your neck during the night. Due to the sharp smell of ginger, the remedy will relieve the pain. Another alternative is to boil 50 grams of ginger root in a pot of water, remove it from the stove and inhale the vapors with a towel over your head.
