  2. It is essential to “communicate” with your organism and eat only when you are hungry.
  3. In order to remove toxins out of your body, try to consume at least 1.5 liters of water.
  4. Prepare yourself green smoothie with the ingredients you want and consume it in the morning at least 4 times a week in order to make a detoxofication of your organism.
  5. Always add green vegetables with a meal rich in proteins
  6. You can also drink juices from cale, cucumber,lemon or ginger on daily basis dor detoxification.
  7. Instead of unhealthy snacks, try to consume more walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.
  8. Avoid consuming meat every day, instead replace it with beans, avocado, lentils, quinoa and buckwheat.
  9. Consume vegetable soups on an everyday basis.

This is the perfect diet for those who suffer from cancer. However, you should combine this diet with every day walks on fresh air. You shoul avoid stress, instead try to relax during those walks outside in the nature.
