She Has 102 Years, Smokes At Least 20 Cigarettes Per Day and Drinks Wine Every day, And Here Is the Secret to Her Longevity and Good Health

The lifestyle of Maisie Streng is so different of what doctors would recommend. Despite that, she celebrated her 102nd birthday! Furthermore, she doesn’t take any medications and has what experts call, “unhealthy habits”.

For the last 75 years, she has been smoking for more than 20 cigarettes per day. Plus, every night before going to bed, this woman drinks a glass of wine.

Sandy, her son says that she eats bananas frantically!

When this woman was younger, she was working as a secretary at “Daily Express”. This is the time when she smoked the most. Maisie stopped smoking only twice in her life: once, for 5 weeks, and the second time when she injured the thigh bone and had to stay in a hospital. But, she went back to smokingFor the last 75 years, she has been smoking for more than 20 cigarettes per day. Plus, every night before going to bed, this woman drinks a glass of wine.

Sandy also said, “it’s absurd to think of the many people who smoke and therefore have health problems. My mother is a mystery, a paradox.”

On the other hand, her husband was a physical teacher and was always in great shape. He did not smoke, but he died at 65. ‘ Sandy said.

Sandy says that although his mother smokes so much, she has no health problems and takes no medicine.

The question is, is this woman naturally so healthy and immune to diseases, or because she eats so many bananas.

Either way, we wish her many more happy and healthy years. What we can suggest is to consume more bananas and try to avoid smoking.
