Why this treatment is so good?

This treatment has many benefits, firstly because it can be done in the comfort of your home and you don’t have to spend too much money on expensive treatments. Moreover, it helps the tissue to discharge excess fluid, reduces visible wrinkles, improves blood circulation, the skin tightens and becomes elastic. In about 10 – 12 days you can achieve amazing results, if you implement this massage daily.

The massage technique is very simple.

Ingredients:

  • cup of cold water and
  • ice cubes,
  • a teaspoon,
  • and a smaller bowl with warm oil (olive, linseed and sunflower).

Then perform the procedure according to the following scheme:

  • First of all, wash your face, remove all the makeup you have and apply hydrating cream. Meanwhile disinfect the spoons with alcohol and put them in a glass of water and ice cubes.
  • After that, put the cooled tablespoons on the upper lids of the eyes and hold them for several seconds. Once they get warm, change them with cold ones. The same procedure goes for the lower lids. In this way you will het rid of the swelling of the eyelids and eye bags.
  • Next, leave the spoons for a while in the heated oil and begin the facial massage. Massage the facial lines by gently pressing the scroll spoons.

The basic massage lines:

  • At the forefront of the upper part of the nose to the temples and hairline
  • On the eyelids in a circular motion from the inner corner and again to him
  • On the cheeks, nose from the nostrils to the temples
  • From the chin to the temples
  • Neck, from its inception to the chin
  • Make sure to repeat every movement at least 10 times.

If you notice that your teaspoon is gliding hard on your face, add some more oil.

Once you are finished with the massage, wash your face with warm water. This massage lasts for 10 minutes but you can increase the duration gradually each day. Start with 1-2 minutes, and then add a minute every day. On the 10th day the massage should last 10 minutes.

You will feel complete relaxation just after the first massage. As you can see, it is very simple to prepare and to perform, and it is very comfortable procedure for facial rejuvenation.

The best part about this procedure is that you can perform it whenever you want. However, the best way to do is is in series of 10-12 days continuously without interruption.
