Sudden pain on the knee can be very annoying and painful. The pain may come from any bone that are making knee joint like femur, knee cap or tibia. Knee pain, also, can be a result of injury, arthritis or weak bone structure.

Ice, Rest, Compression and Elevation Remedy
Injury of the knee can be a result of a sprain, stain, fall, or twisted knee from overuse and bad posture.
There are 4 ways to relieve knee pain in these cases.
The first is to rest the knee, in order to release any pressure in it.
The second one is to rest it and to use ice as cold compression for 10-20 minutes. If you don’t have ice cubes in a bag you can use any frozen products.
The cold will constrict blood vessels and reduce blood to flow to the affected part. This way the swelling and the pain will be reduced.
The third method is applied compression bandages. But make sure not to be very tight to cut the circulation of the blood.
Also, keep the knee lifted as you rest.
Egg Yolk and Table Salt
To reduce the inflammation you can use Epsom salt and cabbage, as you can see in the video above.
Or you can try salt and fresh egg yolk:
1. Take one tablespoon of salt and one fresh egg yolk and make a paste.
2. Apply the paste on the knee.
3. Cover it with a cling paper and apply an elastic bandage.
4. Change the paste every two hours. Use minimum 5 applications daily.
The salt is rich in minerals like magnesium, which is a muscle relaxant that reduces fluid in the tissues. It will reduce swelling. Oils from the egg yolk will easily pass through the skin and carry needed the minerals to the affected parts.
Another pain relief remedy is a mustard oil. You can massage the knee with it. It will improve blood circulation and ease the pain and reduce swelling.
Take two tablespoons of mustard oil and heat them. Leave it to cool a little bit, but use it still warm. Place a warm towel on it.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has an alkalizing effect and it will neutralize harmful toxins that accumulate in the knee.
You can consume it. Every day drink a mix of 2 teaspoons of ACV in a glass of water.
Or you can add 2 tablespoons in a bath and soak the knee in it for 10 minutes.
And lastly, you can mix it with an olive oil and massage the knee two times a day.
