Take a round object like tennis ball or a can, sit down and start rolling the arch of your foot over the object. Perform this method 2 times per day with each foot, because it will improve your stability and balance.
The results from a study which involved stimulating the classical acupuncture points Sanyinjiao, Kunlun, and Taixi manually with needles for four weeks, showed that it can relieve the pain from plantar fasciitis.
