Apple Kale Juice

What you need

  • 2 apples of your choice, cored
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4-6 kale leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon of spirulina powder

How to make it

Juice the apples, cucumber, celery and kale until it is smooth. Pour into a cup (the juice will make about 16-18 ounces of juice) and stir in the spirulina powder (you can either use a blender or shaker cup to mix in the spirulina powder as well).
