- 125gr of fresh horseradish;
- 2 cm of ginger root;
- 2 tsp of cinnamon;

How to prepare it: take the ginger and horseradish and put them in a blender. Squeeze the lemon juice and add it there, mixing the ingredients for 3 minutes. Add the cinnamon and honey and go on with the mixing until everything is well combined. Place the syrup in a glass jar.
Dosage: take 1 tbsp. of the syrup 2 times a day before meals or before exercising. Follow the procedure for a period of 3 weeks and then make a break for couple of days.
