In order to prepare the rosemary tea, you should pour a teaspoon of fresh/dried leaves into a cup of boiling water and allow it to sit for 15 minutes. Once prepared, make sure to drink 2 cups per day. Remember not to drink it prior bedtime.

You can also treat depression by inhaling rosemary tea. In addition, you can also drink it in order to treat digestive disturbance, menstrual cramps and it will relax the muscles in your body.

For proper circulation, use rosemary wine. All you have to do in order to prepare it is to soak 2 tbsp of rosemary leaves and flowers into a liter of white wine.
