Insomnia can cause Alzheimer’s, but it can even worsen up the condition as well. in order for your brain to unload the “cerebral waste” that leads to dementia, you need to dream. According to the researchers, people having troubles with sleep have a greater percentage of Alzheimer’s that the ones who sleep enough.
- Obesity and Diabetes
Besides leading to diabetes, insufficient sleeping can also lead to obesity. The researchers have discovered that individuals who sleep less are at greater risk of gaining excessive body weight, which furthermore, leads to diabetes.
